In-house training · Marketing & creative teams

AI is not as easy as the tutorials make it look.

We train your team
to actually run it.

Your team has watched the videos. They have the subscriptions. They still cannot produce two images of the same model that look like the same person.

Nuage runs a guided setup and live training inside your team — tools configured, a real campaign built in the room, and the 84-page system manual licensed to your company so nobody is starting from a blank text field again. Set up in days, not months.

The gap

The tutorial
ends where
the work
begins.

A three-minute video shows you one good output. It does not show you the forty that failed before it, and it never has to hold a face consistent across a nine-image catalogue on a Thursday deadline.

That gap is where most in-house AI initiatives quietly die. Not from lack of tools — from lack of a system.

  • Licenses are bought, then abandoned. Seats go unused within a quarter because nobody knows which tool does which job.
  • Output is inconsistent, so it never ships. Good enough for a mood board, never good enough for a paid placement.
  • One person becomes the bottleneck. The single team member who "gets it" ends up doing everyone's generations.
  • Nothing is written down. What worked last month cannot be repeated this month, and it leaves with whoever figured it out.
How the engagement runs

Four stages. Your team
ships by the end of it.

Every engagement follows the same architecture. What changes between tiers is depth, headcount, and how long we stay with you afterward.

Guided setup

We configure the stack around your actual output — the tools, the accounts, the file structure, and the brand inputs. Your team starts training on a working environment, not a demo account.

Live tutorial

The full system, taught in the room: base model creation, identity consistency, camera and lighting direction, micro-realism, and layer-by-layer troubleshooting. Hands on keyboards throughout.

A real project

Your team builds an actual campaign for your brand — same model, multiple scenes, extracted and finished. This is the test. They leave with usable assets, not exercises.

Manual & support

The complete Nuage manual under a company license, plus a dedicated support window for the questions that only surface once real deadlines hit.

The work

What your team
will be able
to make.

Every frame below came out of the system taught in the training. By the end of an engagement, your team is producing work at this standard — without a set, a crew, or a booking.

  • Hold one model across any location, scene, or lighting setup
  • Shoot product detail close enough to read the stitching
  • Storyboard a campaign before committing budget to it
  • Turn any still into motion for social and paid

What your team will be able to create
by the end of the workshop

Model consistency across worlds, storyboards, product detail, micro-realism — and, with the motion add-on, all of it moving. Every prompt and the full logic required to recreate and operate these is included, in the room and in the manual your company keeps.

$1,200 Industry benchmark · per employee, per year

That is what companies already budget per employee, per year, for AI upskilling. Every tier above lands well under it — and the cost per person falls the more of your team you bring. Unlike a subscription, this is paid once and the capability stays in the building.

What your team keeps

The manual.
Nine months
of research,
written down.

AI Photography From A to Z is not a prompt pack. It is the reasoning behind the prompts — why an image breaks, which layer broke it, and what to change first.

Your team gets it under a company license: shareable internally, permanent, and the default reference long after the training ends. New hires read it instead of being retrained.

These are real pages from the manual — and they are what gets taught, in this order, in the room. Every framework arrives with a prompt block your team can paste the same day.

Fit

This works for
some teams. Not all.

We would rather tell you now than three weeks into a scoping call.

Book this

If your team
  • Produces visual content regularly and has real briefs waiting
  • Already pays for AI tools that are sitting underused
  • Needs consistent, on-brand output — not one-off experiments
  • Wants the capability in-house rather than outsourced indefinitely
  • Has 4–15 people who will actually be in the room
  • Has budget authority and a timeline in the next quarter

Skip this

If you
  • Are a solo operator or freelancer — the self-taught crash course serves you better
  • Want us to produce the images rather than teach your team to
  • Are looking for a one-hour lunch-and-learn overview
  • Expect the tools to require no ongoing practice afterward
  • Need a guaranteed output volume rather than a capability

Any of those sound like you? Start with the self-taught crash course instead — the same 84-page system, licensed to one person.

Who runs it

Victoria
Moeller

Victoria Moeller, founder of Nuage AI

I trained as an artist. Formal art school from the age of eight through my teens, then my own card business — years of learning composition, light, and colour the slow way, by hand, before any of this existed.

The other half of my working life is growth marketing, SEO, and now LLM SEO. That combination is unusual, and it is the reason I teach this the way I do. I know what a marketing team is actually accountable for, and I know what makes an image work.

I care about AI creative because of what it gives back to creative people — not because it replaces them. It removes the technical barrier that used to sit between someone with a strong idea and the ability to execute it. You no longer need to master a camera, a studio, and a production crew before your concept can exist.

I do not stop learning because I want to get ahead. I stop only when I understand something well enough to explain it properly — and this is a subject I have not been able to stop talking about.

That obsession became AI Photography From A to Z, a self-taught crash course in AI creative. Then I ran feedback sessions with the people using it, and one question came back more than any other: show me how. The self-taught route works, but it is not for everyone and it is rarely fast. So I built this — to get a team running in days instead of months.

Upskilling early is not a competitive edge for much longer. It is becoming the baseline. AI is not here to replace imagination. It is here to amplify it.

Questions

Before you inquire.

Why is this priced above a typical workshop?

Because it is not a workshop. It is a setup, a taught system, a delivered campaign, a permanent company license to nine months of documented research, and a support window after we leave. A single day of studio, photographer, and model runs past $4,500 and produces one brief — this produces a team that can keep producing them.

It is also worth looking at per head rather than per invoice. Companies budget around $1,200 per employee per year for AI upskilling. At $360 to $750 per person — falling as you bring more of the team — this sits under what your organisation has already decided this is worth, and it is paid once rather than annually.

Do we need any AI experience going in?

No. The system is taught from foundations. Mixed-ability teams work well — the setup stage levels the starting point before training begins, and the people who have been experimenting on their own tend to accelerate the fastest.

Is this tied to one specific AI tool?

No, and that is deliberate. The system teaches you to design a visual outcome on purpose and treat tools as execution engines — chosen based on which layer you are working on. Tools change every few months. What we teach survives that.

What does the support window actually include?

Direct email access for your team's questions as real deadlines hit — the moment when problems actually surface. Foundation includes 30 days; Team Program includes 60 days plus a live review call and a critique session on your first solo campaign.

After the window closes you can still reach out. It becomes best-effort rather than guaranteed turnaround, and ongoing retainers are available.

Remote or on-site?

Both. Remote delivery works well and keeps costs down. On-site is available across Canada and the US with travel billed at cost — worth it for larger groups and for teams who need the focused time away from their desks.

How does the team license for the manual work?

Your company receives an internal-use license covering everyone on the team, including future hires. It can be shared and stored internally as a permanent reference. It cannot be resold, republished, repackaged as a competing product, or used for AI model training. Full terms are provided with the engagement agreement.

How soon does a team become productive?

Most teams see a meaningful jump in consistency within the first session, once the base model system lands. The full workflow becomes natural within a week or two of active practice. This is not instant mastery — it is a system that removes almost all of the guessing phase from day one.

What is the automation training we have heard about?

A Claude and ChatGPT workflow-automation track for marketing teams is in development, covering briefing, asset pipelines, and internal tooling. It is not bookable yet. Mention it on your inquiry and you will be told first.

What happens after we inquire?

A 30-minute call to look at what your team produces now, what is breaking, and which tier fits. You get a scoped proposal within two business days. No obligation, and if the answer is that the self-taught crash course would serve you better, that is what you will be told.
