This page covers three things: the license for AI Photography From A to Z, the company license included with a training engagement, and the terms of the engagements themselves.

Individual license

Your purchase of AI Photography From A to Z — the self-taught crash course — is licensed to one individual user unless a team license has been purchased.

You may

• Use it for personal learning
• Use it for internal business use
• Use it for client work and commercial creative output created with the methods taught inside
• Use AI-generated images you create with these methods commercially

You may not

• Share, forward, upload, repost, or redistribute the product in whole or in part
• Resell the product
• Republish the prompts, systems, frameworks, or teaching materials as your own
• Turn it into a course, toolkit, prompt pack, template pack, training, or competing educational product
• Use the content for AI model training, datasets, scraping, or automated extraction without written permission

Company license

Every training engagement includes a company license to the manual. It covers everyone on the trained team, including future hires, and may be stored and shared internally as a permanent reference. It does not permit resale, republication, repackaging as a competing product, or use for AI model training.

Company Rollout engagements include a perpetual organisation-wide license. For licensing outside the scope of an engagement, email info@nuageai.ca.

Engagement terms

• Booking. A date is held once a proposal is accepted and the deposit is received.
• Payment. 50% deposit to confirm the date, balance due on completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Participants. Each tier lists a participant cap. Additional participants are $180 each and include a manual seat.
• Delivery. Remote or on-site across Canada and the US. On-site travel is billed at cost and agreed in advance.
• Support window. Support runs for the period stated in your tier, starting the day the final session ends.
• Your work. Everything your team produces during an engagement belongs to your company. We will not use it publicly without written permission.
• Third-party tools. Engagements teach you to use AI tools we do not own or control. Subscription costs, availability, and terms of those tools are yours to manage, and they can change without notice.

Bookings & cancellation

Training engagements

Bookings are final. Fees are non-refundable. When you book a date we hold it for you, decline other work for it, and begin preparing your team's material — so the commitment runs both ways from the moment the date is confirmed.

• Rescheduling. With at least 14 days' written notice we will move your date once at no charge, subject to availability. Inside 14 days, a date can only be moved at our discretion.
• No-shows and partial attendance. If some of your team cannot attend, the engagement still runs and fees remain payable. Session recordings and the manual cover anyone who missed it.
• If we cancel. In the unlikely event we cannot deliver, you choose: a new date, or a full refund of everything paid. This is the one circumstance in which money is returned.

Digital products

Because the crash course is a digital product delivered electronically on purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If you have a technical problem accessing your files, email us and we will resolve it.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Intellectual property

All content in these products — text, systems, frameworks, prompts, structure, and teaching methodology — remains the intellectual property of Nuage AI Photography / Victoria Moeller unless otherwise stated.

These products and engagements are provided for educational and informational purposes. Results vary depending on the tools used, your inputs, your team, and how the material is applied. We teach a system and a way of working; we do not guarantee a specific commercial outcome.
